Talking Therapies – Long Term Conditions
Talking Therapies offer support for people with long term health conditions. It provides access to psychological therapy for stress and low mood for people with long term illnesses -Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, CV, IBS, COPD are the four currently covered.
Suicide Liaison Service OSW -CFT
Support for adults over the age of 18 who have been bereaved by suicide. 8 week course - self refer or via GP
SOBs – Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide
SOBs exists to meet the needs and overcome the isolation experienced by people over 18 who have been bereaved by suicide. They have resources to support those bereaved, links to local groups and an online forum.
Pregnancy Advisory Service for consideration of a termination of pregnancy
The abortion care clinic at the Royal Cornwall Hospital provides care for approximately 1,000 patients per year, both medical and surgical options are available.
They have a team of counsellors, consultants, associate specialists, nurses, sonographers and health care assistants who are there to help you make the right choices for you, about the pregnancy and your ongoing contraception.
Outlook South West
Outlook South West offers mental health therapy for people suffering with stress, low mood and worry. You must be registered with a GP surgery in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly
Neurodevelopmental Assessment for Children (ASD, ADHD)
Although this does require professional input, we have included it here as the referral needs to be completed by a someone who knows the child/ young person best in a professional capacity. Whilst this can be their GP, it is often the school or another health / social care professional. Please note this form can be completed by your child's school along with Form C

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy teams will work with you to restore movement and function as near to normal as possible if you have been affected by an injury or disability.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Parent Referral
Specialist community child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) provide assessment, advice and treatment for children and young people with severe and complex mental health problems. CAMHS also provide support and advice to their families or carers.
