Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are free, short walks that take place all over Cornwall and across England. Our walk takes place at Newquay Zoo every Friday morning, meeting at 09.45 outside the main entrance.

SOBs – Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide
SOBs exists to meet the needs and overcome the isolation experienced by people over 18 who have been bereaved by suicide. They have resources to support those bereaved, links to local groups and an online forum.
Re-engage
Companion calls to 75+ who live alone or in sheltered housing and feel isolated.
Meet-up
Online / app based service connecting people through liked interests. Groups and activities around Newquay and wider Cornwall.
Check in and Chat
Telephone befriending service. Fully vetted and checked volunteers provided by the Royal Voluntary Service. Volunteer Responders are available to provide a friendly phone call and a listening ear.
British Red Cross – Support Line
Support line for people feeling lonely, worried or needing access to food and medication. Information and access to resources to help support people at home.
