Wellbeing Walk
Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are free, short walks that take place all over Cornwall and across England. Our walk takes place at Newquay Zoo every Friday morning, meeting at 09.45 outside the main entrance.

Type 1 Family support in Cornwall
Support for young people aged 11-25 with Type 1 Diabetes. Hosted by Diabetes UK this group aims to provide peer support, give advice and guidance around managing Type 1.
Talking Therapies – Long Term Conditions
Talking Therapies offer support for people with long term health conditions. It provides access to psychological therapy for stress and low mood for people with long term illnesses -Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, CV, IBS, COPD are the four currently covered.
Pre-Diabetes Information
Information for anyone diagnosed as pre-diabetic. The leaflet includes advice on what you can do to reduce your blood sugars by looking at your diet and lifestyle. Further support is available through the Social Prescribing Team

Diabetes UK provides comprehensive information about the different types of Diabetes along with advice and guidance about avoiding becoming diabetic, ways to reduce it's impact as well as diet and lifestyle advice.

Information and advice around diet changes for people with a diagnosis of diabetes or pre diabetes. Ideas and resources for breakfast swaps, drinks, fruit and beg as well as lots of other foods. Published by the New Forest PCN.
