Parent Carers Cornwall
PCC is the recognised parent carer forum for Cornwall. It is nationally funded to support families with children with SEND. They gather and share information about the services available locally.
Neurodevelopmental Assessment for Children (ASD, ADHD)
Although this does require professional input, we have included it here as the referral needs to be completed by a someone who knows the child/ young person best in a professional capacity. Whilst this can be their GP, it is often the school or another health / social care professional. Please note this form can be completed by your child's school along with Form C
National Autistic Society
They work with autistic people in the UK and their families. Be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, we are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes. They have advice and guidance resources alongside an online community for people to meet and share support
